Kathleen McMahon brings 27+ years of experience in senior leadership roles in higher
education, at both publics and privates and on both the east and west coasts. She draws on her management and leadership experiences where she led campuses through strategic change and sensitive campus climate concerns.

She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified executive coach, with a master’s in clinical social work. Her approach is informed by her training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), years of leadership development and somatics.
Kathleen is known as an empathic, heartfelt coach who is passionate about helping people create lasting change in their lives. Having worked in higher education and senior leadership roles for over two decades, she brings extensive experience leading strategic and organizational change.

She received her EdD in Education Leadership from UCLA’s Graduate School of Education and Information Studies, holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from Boston College, and majored in philosophy from the University of New Hampshire. She received her coaching certification from the Fielding Graduate University in Evidence Based Coaching and is ACC ICF certified.
